Audit-grade labour time record infrastructure

Clock-ins, breaks, and shifts, all stored as tamper-proof evidence - forever.

Time records
that prove themselves.

ChronoSeal turns daily workforce records into sealed, tamper-evident evidence. Every employee event is mathematically chained. Every day is sealed. Every sealed day is independently verified.

Faster inspections, stronger dispute defence, clearer employee protection - without the need to expose your entire system.

Why workforce records still fail under scrutiny

Most systems store hours. Very few can prove the record hasn't been altered after the fact. That gap is what disputes, inspections, and claims exploit.

01

Editable history weakens the whole record

If a clock event can be changed without trace, it's not just that event under question. Confidence in the entire timeline collapses with it.

02

Inspections move fast. Exports don't hold up.

When regulators ask for proof, businesses need something stronger than screenshots, exports, and a request to trust their own dashboard.

03

Employees need the same protection

A defensible system protects staff from missing hours, silent edits, and ambiguity - just as much as it protects the employer.

// how it works

What TimeSeal actually changes

Instead of treating timekeeping as a simple log, TimeSeal creates a sealed evidence trail: operationally useful day-to-day, materially stronger when challenged.

// A · immutable event chain

Every event is linked to the one before it

Every clock-in, break, and clock-out is mathematically chained using secure hashing. Change one event and validation fails immediately - there's no quiet edit path.

  • Detects tampering deterministically
  • Preserves full sequence integrity
  • Eliminates silent edit risk
// B · daily sealing

Each day closes with a verified checkpoint

At end of day, records are sealed into a root hash and anchored with qualified timestamps from FNMT, Spain's official trusted timestamp authority (RFC3161 / eIDAS).

  • Clean audit boundary per day
  • Third-party proof of existence
  • Faster inspection response
// C · narrow proof

Verify one day without opening everything

One sealed day can be verified without exposing the wider system. Inspectors, lawyers, and employees get exactly what they need, nothing more.

  • Single record verification path
  • Read-only proof page
  • Minimal data exposure
// D · role-based access

Built for how real inspections actually happen

Staff see their own records. Admins manage their tenant. Auditors get a dedicated view designed around real-world inspection workflows - not just checkboxes.

  • Staff self-access portal
  • Auditor-ready records area
  • Designed for real inspection flows
// the external proof layer

Why the FNMT layer matters

Every employee's daily root hash is anchored with a qualified timestamp from FNMT (Spain's Royal Mint: the official qualified trust service provider under eIDAS). This adds independent proof that the sealed record existed at a specific certified moment, and hadn't been rewritten before the timestamp was issued.

A digital notary layer for every day seal

Your internal chain proves integrity inside the record. FNMT adds an external, trusted time anchor that no party, including you, can fake retroactively. Think of it as a daily notary stamp on the closed day.

  • Independent proof of existence at a certified moment
  • Stronger non-repudiation in disputes
  • Higher confidence for auditors and regulators
  • Aligned with eIDAS qualified timestamp requirements
Why this is commercially different

A competitor can show logs. You can show logs, chain integrity, and a qualified third-party timestamp on the finished day record. That's a different conversation entirely.

// verification without oversharing

One record. One proof.
No overexposure.

Inspectors, lawyers, and employees rarely need your whole database. They need one record they can trust. ChronoSeal is built around exactly that.

Exposure
Minimal

Shows timeline, chain status, daily seal, and FNMT qualified timestamp proof. Enough to validate the record - not enough to expose the rest of the system.

Structurally better than a normal export

Exports can be copied, edited, and argued over. A verifiable sealed record is structurally harder to dismiss. The integrity check is part of the record itself.

  • No open browsing of company history
  • No dependence on trusting the employer interface
  • No need to disclose wider employee data
One sealed day. One verification path. One answer to whether the record still holds.
// who benefits

When the record is stronger,
everyone wins

This isn't just a compliance layer. It reduces operational friction and raises the quality of evidence available to every party around the record.

// employers

Move from trust to defensibility

  • Faster inspection readiness
  • Reduced exposure in hour disputes
  • Better audit posture across locations
// employees

Your work. Your record. Protected.

  • Transparent access to your own history
  • Unalterable record of hours worked
  • Protection against manipulation or loss
// inspectors

Evidence that actually verifies

  • Chain validation built into the system
  • Narrow proof path for individual records
  • Qualified FNMT timestamp support

// why chronoseal lands differently

Most products collect hours.
ChronoSeal proves them.

The gap is simple. Collection is solved. Proof is not.

// pricing

Simple, per-seat pricing.
Cancel any time.

One price per employee per month. No setup fees, no contracts, no surprises. Verify includes a 7-day free trial — no card charged until the trial ends.

A seat is one active employee on the system. Add or remove seats at any time — billing adjusts at the next cycle.

All plans include: cryptographic event chain · automated daily sealing · public verify page · admin panel · CSV export · email support.

Verify Pro adds: eIDAS qualified timestamps (FNMT) · legally presumed timestamp validity under EU Regulation 910/2014.
